摘 要:汽轮机的运行有滑压运行和定压运行两种方式,不同运行方式下汽轮机变负荷运行时级的热经济性和安全性不同。以某电厂300MW汽轮机组为例,首先计算了两种运行方式下不同汽缸级的温度和级的焓降变化情况,说明不同运行方式下的安全性问题。然后,比较了变负荷时两种运行方式下的级内各种损失的变化规律,进而说明不同运行方式下级的热经济性问题。研究结果表明,汽轮机变负荷运行时,不同运行方式下级的损失和效率变化规律不同,不同汽缸级的变化规律也不同。Variable load operation of steam turbine includes sliding pressure operation and constant pressure operation.The thermal economy and safety of stages of steam turbine are different under different operation modes.Taking a 300MW steam turbine as an example,the temperature and enthalpy drop changes of different cylinder stages under two operating modes are firstly calculated to illustrate the safety problems under different operating modes.Then,the variation rules of all kinds of losses in the two operating modes under variable load are compared,and the problem of thermal economy under different operating modes is illustrated.The results show that when the steam turbine is running under variable load,the losses and efficiency of different stages are different under different operation modes,and the rules of change of different cylinders are also different.
