摘 要:基于便携式超音速喷涂设备,采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术制备抗水蚀涂层,测试涂层的金相组织、孔隙率、硬度、结合强度和耐盐雾腐蚀等性能,筛选出最优化工艺,用于叶片喷涂试验乃至最终投产。结果表明:超音速火焰喷涂制备的NiCr-Cr_(3)C_(2)金属陶瓷涂层均匀致密,孔隙率小于1.5%,硬度为700HV~1200HV0.3,结合强度大于50MPa;叶片喷涂试验各项指标与试片一致,涂层封孔后耐盐雾腐蚀性能优异。该技术已经应用于机组改造项目叶片现场喷涂。Based on the portable spray equipment of Harbin Turbine Company(HTC),HVOF spraying technology is used to prepare anti-water corrosion coatings.The metallographic structure,porosity rate,hardness,bonding strength and salt spray corrosion resistance of the coating are studied and the optimized process is screened out to used for blade spray test and even put into production.The results show that the average porosity rate is less than 1.5%,the average hardness is between 700 and 1200 HV0.3 and the average bonding strength is more than 50MPa.The results of the behavior of the coating on the blades are the same of that on the test pieces and the coating exhibits highsalt spray corrosion resistance.The technology has been applied to the blade spraying of steam turbines.
