摘 要:某核电厂在大修检查中发现汽轮机低压转子叶片根部出现裂纹,严重威胁汽轮机安全运行。利用断口氧化膜生成时间研究成果和断口起始应力定量反推技术,从材料理化检测与断口分析、裂纹扩展过程、裂纹萌生过程等方面对叶片根部裂纹形成过程开展研究工作,得到以下结论:根部销孔制造质量偏差过大是造成叶片根部微动磨损疲劳起裂的根本原因,销孔粗糙度过大会导致裂纹萌生寿命(可承受的汽机启动次数)大幅度降低。此次研究成果可为汽轮机叶片运行和维修策略制定提供参考和借鉴。Cracks were found in the blade root of the low pressure rotor of a turbine in a nuclear power plant during the inspection,which seriously threatened the safe operation of turbine.Based on the research results of the formation time of oxide layer on the fracture surfaces and with the use of quantitative analysis technique,the research work on the formation process of blade root cracks was carried out from the aspects of material physical and chemical inspection,fracture analysis,crack propagation process and crack initiation process.The following conclusions were obtained:manufacturing defects of the blade root pin hole were the root cause for the fretting damage and fatigue fracture of the blade root;The roughness of pin hole led to a significant reduction in the crack initiation life(the allowable number of turbine start-up).The research results can provide reference for turbine blade operation and maintenance strategy development.
