摘　　要：恰逢建党百年的重要时刻,“两个一百年”历史交汇的关键节点,在全党开展党史学习教育,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足党的百年历史新起点,统筹中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,为动员全党满怀信心投身全面建设社会主义现代化国家而作出的重大决策。要深刻认识开展党史学习教育的历史意义、现实意义和战略意义,切实增强党史学习教育的政治自觉、思想自觉和行动自觉。要聚焦“学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局”这个主线,结合学校2021年“创优争先年”这个主题,迅速进入状态、抓紧行动起来,争当学史悟思的排头兵、增信崇德的排头兵、担当有为的排头兵、为民办事的排头兵、勇开新局的排头兵。Coinciding with the important moment of the centenary of the Communist Party of China and the key node of the two“one hundred year”historical convergence,carrying out the study and education of the Party’s history in the whole Party is a new starting point for the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.It is a major decision made by integrating the strategic landscape of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great changes in the world in a century,to mobilize the whole Party to participate in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way with full confidence.We should have a deep understanding of the historical,practical and strategic significance of carrying out the study and education of the Party’s history,and earnestly enhance the political consciousness,ideological consciousness and action consciousness of the study and education of the Party’s history.It is necessary to focus on the main line of“learning party history,understanding thoughts,doing practical things,and opening up a new phase”,combine with the theme of“the year of striving for excellence”in 2021,quickly enter the state and take action,strive to be the vanguard of learning history,understanding thoughts,increasing trust and advocating morality,taking responsibilities,serving the people and opening up a new phase.
