从复杂性思维视域论析全面建成小康社会

摘　　要：复杂性思维是与简单思维相对应的思维方式,它伴随着复杂性科学而兴起,具有复杂性、过程性、关系性等特征。全面建成小康社会面临着环境复杂性、参与主体复杂性和过程复杂性。基于环境复杂性,应系统分析各类影响因素,着力补齐制约性短板弱项;基于参与主体复杂性,应厘清主客体互动关系,探索系统的多元共治模式;基于过程复杂性,应深刻认识全面建成小康社会的过程性,构建集成战略协同机制。Complexity thinking is a kind of thinking mode which is accompanied by the rise of complexity science and corresponding to simple thinking.Building a well-off society in an all-round way is faced with the complexity of environment,participating subject and process.Based on the complexity of environment,we should systematically analyze all kinds of influencing factors and make up for the restrictive weaknesses board.Based on the complexity of participating subjects,we should clarify the interaction between the subject and the object,and explore the multi-governance model of shaping the system.Based on the complexity of process,we should profoundly recognize the process nature of building a well-off society in an all-round way and construct an integrated strategic synergy mechanism.
