梳棉机用固定盖板针布发展趋势探讨

摘　　要：为了提高梳棉机梳理质量,用好固定盖板针布,介绍固定盖板针布在梳理过程中的作用,根据使用经验,结合试验数据,从7个方面探讨固定盖板针布的发展趋势,并分析全固定盖板针布梳棉机的优缺点。指出:固定盖板针布向根数增多、齿密加大、前角变小、基部宽变小和齿尖更锋利方向发展;单根固定盖板针布向双联固定盖板针布发展,可保证其强力,防止变形;带踵趾差的固定盖板针布能实现纤维的渐进梳理;随着研究的深入,全固定盖板针布梳棉机的使用值得期待。In order to improve carding quality of carding machine and make good use of stationary flat card clothing,the role of the stationary flat card clothing in carding process is introduced.According to the use experience,combined with the test data,the development trend of the stationary flat card clothing is discussed from seven aspects,and the advantages and disadvantages of the entire stationary flat card clothing carding machine are analyzed.It is pointed out that the stationary flat card clothing is developing in the direction of increasing the number of wires,increasing the tooth density,reducing the front angle,reducing the base width and making the tooth tips sharper;single stationary flat card clothing is developing to double stationary flat card clothing,which can ensure the strength and prevent deformation;the stationary flat card clothing with heel-toe difference can realize the gradual carding of fibers.With the development of research,the use of carding machine with entire stationary flat card clothing is worth looking forward to.
