摘  要:为了解决洛菲电子清纱器采样后误切、乱切,导致无法正常生产等问题,分析纱疵评判标准出现偏差和重新分组或套用其他品种工艺再改回即可生产的原因,阐述遇到该问题时应采取的处理措施。指出:要按规定程序与要求重新进行采样,记录采样基准电压,检查不正常单锭的基准电压及微调差异,确认数据传输正常,设定感度降低参数;必须熟练掌握电子清纱器各项功能的性能特点和技术要求,合理使用,充分发挥其对纱线质量的监控作用。In order to solve the problem that normal production cannot be carried out due to miscutting and random cutting after sampling by Loepfe electronic yarn cleaner,reasons for the deviation of yarn defect evaluation standard and production by regrouping or applying other kinds of production process and then changing back to production are analyzed,measures to be taken when the problem is encountered are explained.It is pointed out that we should re-sample according to the defined procedures and requirements,record the sampling reference voltage,check the reference voltage of abnormal single spindle and fine tuning difference,confirm the data transmission is normal,and set the sensitivity reduction parameters;it is necessary to master the performance characteristics and technical requirements of various functions of the electronic yarn cleaner,use it reasonably,and give full play to its monitoring effect on yarn quality.
