摘　　要：为解决FA227A型梳棉机普梳条子出现粗细条、前清洁辊对剥棉罗拉清洁效果不佳以及回转盖板针布清洁不良等问题,通过对梳棉机机后给棉罗拉固定托座进行打孔改造,防止给棉板—刺辊隔距的走动,提高刺辊针布的梳理质量;通过将机前高速清洁辊改造为杜邦丝清洁辊,保证高速清洁辊的安全性和剥棉罗拉的转移效果;通过对机前回转盖板针布进行大毛刷改造,保证回转盖板针布的清洁效果及梳理效果。结果表明:改造后,环锭纺普梳14.6 tex纱棉结控制为不大于22个/km,集聚赛络纺CJ 14.6 tex纱棉结控制为15个/km~16个/km,效果显著。In order to solve problems of the carding machine FA227A such as thick and thin strips appeared in comb sliver,poor cleaning effect on the stripping roller of the front cleaning roller,and poor cleaning for the revolving flat card clothing,the feeding roller fixed pedestal at the back of the carding machine is perforated to prevent the distance change between feeding board and taker-in and improve the carding quality of the taker-in card clothing.The high-speed cleaning roller at the front of the machine is transformed into dupont wire cleaning roller to ensure the safety of the high-speed cleaning roller and the transfer effect of the stripping roller.The revolving flat card clothing at the front of the machine is reformed with large brush to ensure the cleaning effect and combing effect of the revolving flat card clothing.The results show that:after the modification,the nep of ring spinning 14.6 tex yarn is no more than 22 per kilometre,and the nep of compact siro spinning CJ 14.6 tex yarn is 15 per kilometre~16 per kilometre,and the improvement effect is significant.
