衬衫袖头口袋打版的标准化研究

摘　　要：为了解决衬衫打版系统重复定制袖头、口袋样板及样板繁多导致定制、存储、使用和查找不便的问题,研究衬衫袖头、口袋模板相近形状、弧度、尺寸并进行整合归类,统一标准,避免样板重复定制;总结优化衬衫袖头、口袋样板的打制方法。指出:通过分析整理,确定口袋常用弧度5个、袖头常用弧度9个,节约成本并提高生产效率;袖头与口袋定型模具数量为之前的10%,确保各工厂模具打制及时化、标准化、信息化和系统化。In order to solve the problem of inconvenience in customization,storage,use and search due to repeating customization of templates for sleeves and pocket,and too many templates in the shirt pattern-making system,the similar shapes,arcs and sizes of shirt sleeves and pocket templates are researched,and integrated classification and unified standards are carried out to avoid repeated customization of templates;optimized methods for mold making for shirt sleeves and pocket templates are summarized.It is pointed out that five commonly used pocket arcs and nine commonly used sleeve arcs are identified through analysis and arrangement,which saves costs and improves production efficiency;the number of molds for sleeves and pocket customization is 10%of the previous,which ensures the timely,standardization,information and systemization of mold making in each factories.
