摘　　要：为满足纺纱厂细分市场及其特定需求,使其持续获益,瑞士格拉夫公司重新开发和设计回转弹性盖板针布,强调针布创新的5个关键点,以可视化有限元计算、自动3D影像为例介绍整体的系统性研究方法在针布创新上的应用;以案例说明关注点是为节约有效纤维以获得更大收益;分析针对不同客户需求设计的Y-Top盖板针布收益优化系统、HiTop 2盖板针布和MULTISHARP锡林针布性能优化系统、RSTO盖板针布质量优化系统的实际效用。指出:针布创新的关键在于改善成纱质量、应对原料含杂、延长使用寿命、提高生产性能及节约盖板花中有效纤维以获得更多收益;落棉中占比很少的有效纤维的节约对纺纱厂的收益有着积极影响;创新盖板针布可通过节约有效纤维的产量优势、使用寿命优势、最优成纱质量优势为客户实现最大化收益。In order to meet market segment and its specific needs,and enable Graf’s customers to stay sustainably profitable,Graf reinvents and designs the clothings for revolving flats.Five key pillars of innovation in card clothing are emphasized,and the application of integrated systematic approach on innovation in card clothing are introduced taking the finite element calculation and automated 3D visualization as examples.The cases illustrate that the focus is saving of good fiber for more profit.The actual utility of yield optimized system Y-Top,performance optimized system HiTop 2 and MULTISHARP Wire,and quality optimazed system RSTO for different customers’need are analyzed.It is pointed out that Graf’s key innovation focus in card clothing has been on improving the yarn quality,adapting trash content in raw material,giving longer lifetime of productsincreasing throughput,saving of good fiber for more profit.Even the saving of a small percentage of good fiber in the waste has appositive impact on the profit of a spinning mill.Innovation in card clothing can maximize profits for Graf’s customers through yield performance of saving of good fiber,lifetime and best yarn quality.
