摘　　要：通过收集安徽省统计局牛羊生产数据以及兽医卫生综合信息平台、公共卫生数据,分析当前安徽省牛羊布鲁氏菌病防控现状。2020年,安徽省淮北地区牛羊饲养量占全省81.25%、江淮之间约占16.59%、江南地区约占2.16%。2016—2019年牛羊布病个体阳性率分别为0.05%、0.09%、0.14%、0.59%,呈小幅上升趋势;2015—2019年全省人间布病发病数分别是76、78、146、156、136人,病例数呈上升趋势。经调查发现:当前牛羊布病防控重视程度不够,经费投入不足;基层动物防疫力量薄弱,牛羊调运监管存在漏洞;畜间布病流行状况底数不清;饲养方式落后,防疫意识淡薄。由此提出应加强组织领导,落实经费保障,夯实基层防控队伍,积极推进布病净化工作,以保障养殖业安全和公共卫生安全。The status of prevention and control of brucellosis in cattle and sheep in Anhui Province was analyzed based on the production data provided by Anhui Statistics Bureau,the Veterinary Health Comprehensive Platform and public health data.In 2020,the inventory of cattle and sheep across the province was as follows:81.25% in Huaibei region,about 16.59% in Jianghuai region and 2.16% in Jiangnan region.During 2016 to 2019,the individual positive rates were 0.05%,0.09%,0.14% and 0.59%,respectively,showing a slight upward trend;during 2015 to 2019,the cases of human brucellosis were 76,78,146,156 and 136, respectively, which trended to increase.As it was investigated that there were some bottlenecks such as poor prevention and control of the disease,insufficient funding,lack of field inputs for animal disease prevention,gaps in regulation for cattle and sheep movement, unclear status of animal brucellosis, backward feeding modes, weak awareness for disease prevention,etc.Therefore, it was suggested to strengthen organization and guidance,support with budgets,construct a team for disease prevention at grassroots level,further purify the disease as well as guarantee the safety of breeding industry and public health.
