摘　　要：在全球贸易自由化不断推进的背景下,关税水平逐渐降低,而非关税壁垒却与日俱增。在中国林产品贸易规模不断扩大的同时,所面临的贸易环境日趋严峻。文中从非关税壁垒的定义、主要形式、特点及其对林产品贸易的影响等方面对现有文献进行梳理,并加以归纳和总结,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。In the context of the continuous advancement of global trade liberalization, tariffs have been gradually decreased, while non-tariff barriers have increased. China’s forest products trade is faced by increasingly severe trading environment during its continuous expansion in scale. This paper reviews and summarizes the existing literature for the definition, main forms and characteristics of non-tariff barriers and its impact on forest product trade, with a hope to provide reference for the related research.
