摘  要:介绍了富氧顶吹熔炼炉在造锍熔炼过程中上部结渣形成的原理和结渣的分布情况,分析了影响炉顶结渣形成的因素,在生产中通过加强对物料管理,优化喷枪枪位和枪风控制,严格控制工艺技术指标和提高炉顶冷区温度等措施,从源头上和过程控制中仰制炉顶结渣的生成,并在实践中取得良好的控制效果。It is introduced the slag formation principle and slag distribution of upper part in the process of matte smelting by oxygen enrichment top-blown furnace,the cause of slag formation on the furnace top is also analyzed,therefore we should restrain slag formation on the furnace top from the sources and process control by using the following measures,material management should be strengthened,spray gun position should be optimized and gun wind should be controlled,process technical indicators should be controlled strictly,the temperature of cold zone of furnace top should be increased,and the other measures,good results have been achieved of all the above mentioned measures.
