摘  要:对比分析了钽阳极块烧结后的增氧量与漏电流大小的关系,并讨论了氧含量对阳极氧化膜的影响机理。结果表明:在阳极块烧结和破空后暴露于空气中的步骤中都会使阳极块氧含量增加,且高的温度更有利于氧与钽的结合。随着阳极块氧含量的增加,漏电流呈明显的上升趋势,且随着赋能电压的提高,这一趋势更为明显。过量的氧的加入,会导致氧化膜的开裂严重,从而使得钽电解电容器的电性能恶化。After tantalum anode block was sintered,the oxygen content was increased,therefore we compared and analyzed the relationship between the oxygen content and leak current,and the effect mechanism that effect of oxygen content on anode oxidation film was discussed.The results show:After sintering and breaking of anode block,it shall be exposure to air,so the oxygen content shall be increased,and the higher temperature is benefit for combining of oxygen and tantalum.Leak current exists a up-raising trend along with the oxygen content increasing of anode block,and this trend is even more obvious along with the increasing of empowered voltage.Addition of excess oxygen will leads severe cracking of oxidation film,so that the electrical performance of Tantalum electrolytic capacitor will be deteriorated.
