摘  要:为减少粗银阳极板中杂质金属超标、极板表面平整度不够、电解过程中出现阴极银离子贫化、阳极钝化等问题,采用一步法造渣熔炼-控制金属配比-控温熔铸的措施能得到含(Au+Ag)>95%、Cu<2%、Pb<3%的合格粗银阳极板,可减少酸、水的消耗,以及废气、废水的排放,提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益。In order to solve the problems that exceeding impurity metal in rough silver anode plate,uneven plate surface,dilution of cathode silver ions,anode passivation in process of electrolysis,the measures that one-step slag smelting-metals proportion controlling-melting and casting with temperature controlling was used for produce the qualified rough silver anode plate that contains(Au+Ag)>95%,Cu<2%,Pb<3%.The consumption of acid and water,as well as the discharge of exhaust gas and waste water can be reduced,the economic and social benefits can be improved.
