摘  要:铂化合物产品中杂质元素含量直接影响产品的电学、力学、加工性能和使用寿命。根据铂化合物易溶于水及酸的性质,采用盐酸和硝酸溶解样品,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定氯铂酸、硝酸铂、二亚硝基二氨铂和六羟基铂酸等铂化合物中Pd、Rh、Ir、Ru、Au、Ag、Al、Bi、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Si、Sn、Zn、Ca、K和Na等21种杂质元素。按照实验方法测定氯铂酸和羟铂酸中21种杂质元素,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为1.38%~8.32%;加标回收率为87%~115%。满足实际样品分析要求。Impurity element in platinum compounds product directly affect products'electrical property,mechanical property,processing performance and life time.According to the property that platinum compound is soluble in water,hydrochloric acid and nitric acid was adopted to dissolve samples,and the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was adopted to measure 21 kinds of impurity elements(Pd,Rh,Ir,Ru,Au,Ag,Al,Bi,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Ni,Pb,Si,Sn,Zn,Ca,K)in platinum compounds,such as chloroplatinic acid,platinum nitrate,dinitrodiammine platinum,hexahydroxy platinic acid and so on.According to the experiment method for determination of 21 impurity element in chloroplatinic acid and hydroxyl platinum acid,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)is 1.38%~8.32%;the standard recovery rate is 87%~115%.Therefore the analysis requirements of actual samples can be met.
