摘　　要：以2300冷轧机EMG对中系统为研究对象,对EMG对中系统的系统组成及工作原理作了简要介绍,重点对EMG CPC(center position control)对中系统在实际生产应用中出现的问题如:重新定位后对光电测量探头的调试、手/自动模式操作失效、系统振荡、带材偏离中心位置调整等进行了分析,总结出了有效的解决方法和措施。EMG center position control system of 2300 cold rolling mill is taken as the research object,the system composition and working principle of EMG center position control system is introduced simply,the focus is on the problems in actual production application of center position control system of EMG,such as:commissioning of photoelectric measurement probe after repositioning,operation failure of hand/automatic mode,system oscillation,stripe off-center position adjustment,and so on,all above mentioned items were analyzed,and the effective solutions and measures were summarized.
