产前超声诊断胎儿椎管内占位的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿椎管内占位的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院产前超声诊断中心57 170例接受Ⅲ级产前超声检查中的55例椎管内占位胎儿的产前产后资料,对其检出情况、发生部位以及胎儿其他异常的合并情况进行统计总结。结果此期间产前超声共检出椎管内占位55例,其中椎管内无回声占位41例,构成比最高。腰段及骶段为椎管占位好发部位,易合并脊髓圆锥低位。结论产前超声可有效检出胎儿椎管内占位,并对胎儿发育情况全面评估,为妊娠期管理和临床早期干预提供依据。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal intraspinal placeholder. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the prenatal and postnatal data of 55 cases with intraspinal space-occupying fetuses in 57170 cases of who underwent the level Ⅲ prenatal ultrasound examination in our hospital′s prenatal ultrasound diagnosis center, and statistical results was based on the detection situation, the location and combination of other abnormalities. Results In this study, 55 cases of intraspinal placeholder were detected during the prenatal ultrasound, including anechoic intraspinal placeholder for 41 cases, which accounted for the proportion of the highest. Lumbar and sacral segments in vertebral canal were the most common sites of spinal canal occupying, which was easy to be combined with the lower conus spinal cord. Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound can effectively detect fetal spinal canal placeholder, and comprehensive assessment of fetal development, which provides a basis for management and clinical early intervention during pregnancy.
