摘　　要：目的探讨获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)合并马尔尼菲蓝状菌患者淋巴结的超声特征。方法回顾性分析我院6例AIDS合并马尔尼菲蓝状菌患者淋巴结的超声特征。超声观察指标包括淋巴结大小、长短比、形态、边界、皮髓质回声、皮髓质分界,淋巴结门,血流分布及类型,以及有无钙化、液化、淋巴结融合情况。以病理结果和临床表现作为诊断本病标准。结果 6例(100%)出现淋巴结内部弥漫性等回声改变;5例(83%)淋巴门结构完全消失;血流分布无显著特征性,表现为门型、中央型、边缘型、混合型及无明显血流信号。结论 AIDS合并马尔尼菲蓝状菌患者淋巴结内部回声、淋巴门有相对特殊超声特征,结合病史可为临床诊断提供一定的参考依据。Objective To investigate the ultrasonic characteristics of lymph nodes in AIDS patients with cyanobacteria marneffei. Methods The ultrasonic characteristics of lymph nodes of 6 patients with AIDS complicated with cyanobacteria marneffia in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasound indicators included lymph node size, ratio of length to length, shape, boundary, dermatomedullary echo, dermatomedullary boundary, lymph node hilum, blood flow distribution and type, as well as the presence of calcification, liquefaction and lymph node fusion. Pathological results and clinical manifestations were taken as diagnostic criteria. Results Among 6 patients, 3(50%) had enlarged medulla with irregular shape, hypoechoic and heterogeneous, and the boundary of the medulla was unclear. Diffuse isechogenic changes in lymph nodes were observed in 3 cases(50%). In 5 cases(83%), the lymphatic hilum structure disappeared and the blood flow distribution was non-characteristic, presenting as portal type, central type, marginal type, mixed type and no blood flow. Conclusions The lymph nodes of AIDS patients with marneffia have relative special ultrasonic characteristics.Combined with history, it could provide certain reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
