摘 要:基于正弦结构光的条纹投影轮廓术因其非接触、高速度、高准确度等优良特性,被广泛应用于三维测量、医学影像成像等领域。其中傅里叶变换轮廓术和相移轮廓术是使用最广泛的两种非接触式条纹投影轮廓术,它们通过被调制的投影条纹来获取物体表面的相位信息,还原得到物体表面的高度图像,投影条纹有效相位信息的获取量影响着三维物体的成像质量。采用图像相减算法和单色通道数据提取算法,两种算法可以减少环境光等噪声信息,提取特定波段的投影条纹信息,使获取的条纹有效相位信息量最大化,从而提高了最终的三维物体成像质量。通过计算机模拟和实验证实了以上方法的有效性。Based on sinusoidal structured light,fringe projection profilometry is widely used in 3D measurement and medical imaging because of its excellent characteristics such as non-contact,high speed and high accuracy.Fourier Transform Profilometry and Phase Shift Profilometry are the two most widely used non-contact fringe projection profilometry.They obtain the phase information of the object surface by modulated projection fringes and restore the height image of the object surface.The acquisition of effective phase information of projection fringes affects the imaging quality of three-dimensional objects.An image subtraction algorithm and a monochromatic channel extraction algorithm are proposed.Two algorithms can reduce the noise information such as ambient light,extract the projection fringe information of a specific band,and maximize the effective phase information of the obtained fringes.Thus,the final 3D object imaging quality is improved.The effectiveness of the above method is verified by computer simulation and experiment.
