摘　　要：中国-中东欧国家林业合作(“17+1”林业合作)是中华人民共和国与中东欧国家在林业领域合作协调机制的简称,也是中国-中东欧国家合作的重要组成部分,包括为落实国家“一带一路”倡议林业领域在中东欧国家不同层面开展的一系列活动。笔者概述了中国-中东欧国家林业合作情况;回顾了“17+1”林业合作高级别会议、联络小组会议、高级别互访、教育科研领域合作以及林业产业投资贸易合作情况;客观分析了中国-中东欧国家林业合作中面临的问题和挑战;展望新形势下双方合作的协调机制、信息共享、科学研究与教育、国际贸易等方面的合作前景,以期为中国-中东欧国家林业合作关系进一步升华提供参考。As an important part of the cooperation between China and the Central and Eastern European countries,China-CEEC Forestry Cooperation,or“17+1”Forestry Cooperation,is the abbreviation of coordination mechanism for the cooperation between China and CEEC countries,including a series of activities carried out at different levels in Central and Eastern Europe to implement the Belt and Road Initiative.In order to provide references and guidance for further forestry cooperation,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges in“17+1”Forestry Cooperation and looks ahead to the cooperation prospect in coordination mechanism,information sharing,scientific research,education and trade under the new situation through summarizing the general situation of the cooperation and reviewing high-level meetings,liaison group meetings,high-level exchange visits,the cooperation in education and scientific research,forestry industry investment and trade.
