缩泉胶囊治疗儿童遗尿症的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价缩泉胶囊治疗小儿遗尿症的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase以及中国期刊全文数据库,收集使用缩泉胶囊治疗小儿遗尿症的随机对照试验,检索时限均从各数据库建库至2021年4月1日。评价纳入研究文献的质量,合并结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11篇试验文献,合计患儿1163例。采用缩泉胶囊治疗的试验组的临床总有效率[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.09,1.23),P<0.001]、遗尿症复发情况[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.26,0.66),P=0.0002]得到提高和显著改善,并且不良反应的发生情况也显著低于对照组[RR=0.38,95%CI(0.18,0.80),P=0.01]。比较两组的膀胱容量[SMD=0.80,95%CI(-0.39,1.98),P=0.19]和OABSS评分[SMD=-7.86,95%CI(-20.33,4.61),P=0.22]没有显著差异。结论:缩泉胶囊能有效治疗小儿遗尿症,并且安全性较高。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Suoquan capsules for treatment in pediatric nocturnal enuresis.Methods:Retrieved from Pubmed,the Cochrane Library,EMbase and CJFD database,the randomized controlled trials(RCT)about Suoquan capsules for nocturnal enuresis were collected.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to April 1st,2021.Quality evaluation and meta-analysis of included literatures were conducted.Results:A total of 11 RCTs were included,involving 1163 cases.The total clinical efficacy[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.09,1.23),P<0.001]and recurrence of nocturnal enuresis[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.26,0.66)),P=0.0002]were significantly improved in the test group(Suoquan capsules).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was also significantly lower than that in the control group[RR=0.38,95%CI(0.18,0.80),P=0.01].The bladder capacity[SMD=0.80,95%CI(-0.39,1.98),P=0.19]and OABSS scores[SMD=-7.86,95%CI(-20.33,4.61),P=0.22]of the two groups had no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Suoquan capsules can effectively treat nocturnal enuresis in children with high safety.
