摘 要:随着柔性电子产业快速发展,在柔性显示、传感器、光伏电池、OLEDs、电子标签和可穿戴设备等领域有着巨大的产业需求。纸作为性能优异的绿色环保基材在生活中具有广泛的应用,纸基电子因其可生物降解、耐弯折等特性应用于柔性电子产品也逐渐发挥重要作用。纸基为柔性电子产品耐弯曲、低成本、可降解和批量化制造提供了新的解决方案。本文报告了纸基电子的起源及其发展现状,阐述了纸基电子现有制造技术及其特点,分析了纸基电子现有制造技术面临的挑战性问题,并探讨了纸基电子应用前景和发展方向及趋势。为纸基电子进一步的科学研究和工程化应用提供一定参考和借鉴作用。With the rapid development of flexible electronics industry,there is a huge industrial demand in the fields of flexible display,sensors,photovoltaic cells,OLEDs,electronic tags and wearable devices.As a green environmental protection substrate with excellent performance,paper is widely used in daily life.Paper electronics are gradually playing an important role in the application of flexible electronic products due to their biodegradability and bending resistance.Paper substrate provides a new solution for flexible electronic products with bending resistance,low cost,biodegradability and mass manufacturing.This paper reports the origin and development status of paper electronics,describes the existing manufacturing technology of paper electronics and its characteristics,analyzes the challenges faced by the existing manufacturing technology of paper-based electronics,and discusses the application prospect,development direction and trend of paper electronics.Provide a certain reference and reference for the further scientific research and engineering application of paper-based electronics.
