摘 要:以待建的某南方LNG接收站与相邻电厂为例,对中间介质气化器(IFV)和开架式气化器(ORV)两种循环水综合利用方案进行了分析,并以常规取排水方案作为基础参照,重点从海水用量、海水泵能耗和经济效益等方面对两种方案进行了对比,以确定推荐方案。结果表明:IFV方案的海水用量、海水泵能耗和费用现值均低于ORV方案;与常规取排水方案相比,采用IFV方案,LNG接收站年运行费用降低,电厂年效益增加,经济效益显著;同时该方案消除了LNG接收站冷排水对海洋环境的影响,降低了电厂机组排水温度的同时减少了电厂温排水水量,从而减轻了电厂温排水对排放海域生态环境的影响,环境效益明显。IFV方案较大程度上实现了经济效益和环境效益的“双赢”。Based on the case of a southern LNG te rminal to be built next to a power plant,two comprehensive utilization schemes of circulating water of intermediate fluid vaporizer(IFV)and open rack vaporizer(ORV)were analyzed.The two schemes were compared from the aspects of seawater consumption,energy consumption of seawater pumps and economic benefits based on the normal seawater intake and discharge scheme,so as to determine the optimal scheme.The results show that,the seawater consumption,seawater pump energy consumption and the present cost of IFV scheme are lower than that of ORV scheme.Compared with the normal seawater intake and discharge scheme,when the IFV scheme is adopted,the annual operation cost of LNG terminal is reduced and the annual benefit of the power plant is increased,showing remarkable economic benefit.In addition,the IFV scheme eliminates the influence of cold pollution of LNG terminal on the marine environment,decreases the temperature of the power plant warm discharge and reduces the amount of the warm discharge of power plant at the same time.And thus the influence of the warm discharge of power plant on the ecological environment of the sea area near the outfall is also alleviated,the environmental benefits are obvious.The IFV scheme can realize the win-win of economic and environmental benefits to a great extent.
