摘  要:系统崩溃瓦解后利用电网内大型水电机组自启动能力可以加快系统恢复响应速度,但对大型水电机组,特别是直流送端大型水电机组而言,需带长线路黑启动,一方面需确保电厂发电机组黑启动试验过程中均稳定可靠运行,同时防范高压输电线路容身效应带来的各种危害,倘若黑启动过程中暂态电压及稳态电压偏高会危及设备正常耐压能力,偏低则会导致外部各种用电负荷达不到正常工作电压使得黑启动失去意义。本文针对水电厂黑启动实施方案关键技术开展研究,分析黑启动过程中电压控制措施,保持黑启动过程中电压处于合理水平,防止黑启动过程中出现自励磁以及空充线路过程中无功波动所造成的励磁限制动作进而引起的发电机组过励保护与失磁保护动作,造成机组停机使得黑启动试验失败,寻求水电厂黑启动最佳实施方案。After the system collapses,the self-starting capability of the large hydropower unit in the power grid can speed up the system recovery response.The hydropower unit needs to carry out simulation calculation before the black start scheme is developed.On the one hand,the impact voltage during the black start process does not exceed the resistance of the equipment.In addition to the voltage level,it is also necessary to study the voltage control measures during the black start process to prevent the excitation limit action caused by the self-excitation and the reactive power fluctuation during the black start process,and the excitation limiting action mode will cause power generation.The over-excitation protection and the de-magnetization protection action of the unit will cause the black start test to fail if the unit is shut down due to improper operation.In order to carry out research on the key technologies of the black start implementation scheme of hydropower plants,optimize the limiting function of the excitation system,and seek the best implementation plan for black start of hydropower plants.
