摘  要:西安200 MeV质子应用装置(XiPAF)直线注入器采用了2套500 kW四极管功率源和1套15 kW固态功率源,由3套数字化低电平控制系统(LLRF)独立驱动,工作频率为325 MHz,以脉冲模式运行,分别为射频四极加速器(RFQ)、漂移管直线加速器(DTL)和散束器(debuncher)提供射频功率。LLRF采用基于FPGA的数字正交调制解调(I/Q)技术,可对RFQ、DTL和散束器腔内射频电场强度的幅度和相位进行精确控制,控制稳定度分别达到±1%,±1°以内。LLRF配备了1套驻波比保护装置,可对3路射频链路独立实施驻波比保护,响应时间小于10μs。LLRF通过以太网连接控制计算机,可通过Windows环境下的用户程序进行控制,也可由加速器中央控制系统远程控制。目前3套LLRF已应用于XiPAF直线注入器,并顺利实施了7 MeV负氢离子束注入实验。The linac injector of Xi’an 200 MeV Proton Application Device(XiPAF)adopts two sets of 500 kW tetrode amplifiers and one set of 15 kW solid state amplifier,which are independently driven by three sets of digital low-level radio frequency(LLRF)control system.Working in pulse mode with an operating frequency of 325 MHz,LLRF aims to power the radio frequency quadrupole accelerator(RFQ),the drift tube linac(DTL),and the debuncher,respectively.LLRF adopts digital I/Q control algorithm based on FPGA,which can accurately control the amplitude and the phase of RF electric field intensity in RFQ,DTL,and debuncher in close-loop mode with the stability of±1%and±1°,respectively.The LLRF is equipped with a set of standing wave ratio protection device(SRP)which can restrict three LLRF output signals independently and the response time is less than 10μs.The LLRF is connected to the RF control computer via Ethernet and can be controlled by user program in Windows interface program and remotely controlled by the accelerator central control system as well.At present,three sets of LLRF have been applied to XiPAF injector RF system,and the 7 MeV negative hydrogen ion beam implantation experiment has been successfully implemented.
