摘  要:针对西安200 MeV质子应用装置(XiPAF)建设过程中影响准直测量精度的测量方式、数据处理方法及外界条件等因素,研究了每种因素对测量结果的影响机制及如何减小测量偏差的方法;研究了校正磁铁表面测量方式对标定精度的影响,提出应尽量减少间接测量的测量原则;基于间接平差中的边角网平差方法对激光跟踪仪多站测量的结果进行数据处理,与传统的把平差结果向全部设备拟合的方法不同,提出了一种将平差结果只向关键设备拟合的数据处理方法,对于关键设备得到了更为精确的测量结果;最后,比较了两次全面测量数据,结果表明,新建厂房的地基沉降对XiPAF主装置的准直安装带来了较大偏差,后续应对厂房地基形变进行定期观测。Aiming at the measurement methods,data processing methods,and external conditions affecting the collimation measurement accuracy during the construction of Xi’an 200 MeV Proton Application Facility(XiPAF),the influence mechanism of each factor on the measurement results and the methods of how to reduce the measurement deviation are studied.The influence of the surface measurement method of the calibration magnet on the calibration accuracy is studied,and the measurement principle of minimizing indirect measurement is put forward.Based on triangulate ration network method,the data processing of multi-station measurement of laser tracker is carried out.Different from the traditional method of fitting the adjustment results to all equipment,a data processing method of fitting the adjustment results only to key equipment is proposed,and more accurate measurement results are obtained for key equipment.Finally,two comprehensive measurement data are compared.The results show that the foundation settlement of the new plant has brought great deviation to the collimation and installation of accelerator.The foundation deformation of the plant should be observed regularly in the follow-up.
