摘　　要：从设计和实现2个方面介绍了质子单粒子效应数据信息系统。该系统围绕西安200 MeV质子应用装置而建,不仅能收集与质子试验相关的试验条件和试验结果等信息,形成资源中心,而且能管理与质子试验相关的机时分配、材料及报告审核等业务流程,实现了静态资源与动态业务管理的有机融合,可对辐照效应数据进行全寿命周期管理,保证数据的完整性、规范性和可追溯性,并提高管理效率和应用水平。This paper introduces the data information system of proton single event effect from two aspects of design and implementation for Xi’an 200 MeV Proton Application Facility(XiPAF).It can not only collect test conditions,test results and other information related to proton test,but also manage business processes related to proton test such as machine time allocation,material and report audit,etc.,realizing the organic integration of static resource and dynamic business management.The whole life cycle management for the proton-single-event test at XiPAF will ensure the integrity,standardization and traceability of the data,and improve the management efficiency and application level.
