摘 要:X射线由于其较高的穿透能力,而呈现物体内部结构的无损探测中起着重要作用。近年来,X射线在化学工程、电池、材料、生物研究中得到了广泛的应用,尤其是Zernike X射线相位衬度成像(简称相衬成像)。Zernike X相衬成像的分辨率以及对比度不断被提高,成为了应用在生物及材料分析的重要手段之一。本文献简述了Zernike X射线成像的原理、发展及在化学工程及生物学研究上的应用。X-rays play an important role in the non-destructive detection of the internal structure of objects due to their high penetrating power.In recent years,X-rays have been widely used in chemical engineering,batteries,materials,and biological research,especially Zernike X-ray phase contrast imaging(referred to as phase contrast imaging).The resolution and contrast of Zernike X phase contrast imaging have been continuously improved,and it has become one of the important methods for biological and material analysis.This document briefly describes the principle,development and application of Zernike X-ray imaging in chemical engineering and biological research.
