摘  要:通过等离子体之前的载气流中引入氧气在线分解碳烟尘沉积,建立起电感耦合等离子体质谱直接进样测定液压油中微量锌、磷、钙含量的分析方法。以混合溶剂溶解并稀释液压油样品,自吸气提升样品方式进样,提高了有机样品进样量和检测信号的稳定性。锌、磷、钙的方法的检出限分别为:0.00039,0.0053,0.00128μg·mL^(-1);分析结果和推荐的油品光谱分析仪的测试结果吻合良好。The direct injection of the mixture of hydraulic oil and organic solvent was realized,through oxygen gas being introduced into the carrier gas before the plasma to decompose the soot depositing on the sampling cone on line.And while a method for determination of trace zinc,phosphorus and calcium in hydraulic oil by inductively coupled plasms mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.The stability of organic sample injection volume and detection signals were improved by self aspirating mode.The detection limits of zinc,phosphorus and calcium were 0.00039,0.0053,0.00128μg·mL^(-1) respectively.The analysis results are in good agreement with the test results of recommended oil spectrum analyzer.
