石化低压TN系统的单相接地故障保护

摘　　要：根据国标GB 50054-2011《低压配电设计规范》规定,低压交流电动机应装设短路保护和接地故障保护。当电动机的短路保护器件满足单相接地故障的保护要求时,可以用短路保护器件兼作单相接地故障的保护。但是随着石油化工装置规模的大型化,采用短路保护器件兼作接地故障的保护时,就很难满足灵敏度的要求,这时候就要设置接地故障保护。本文介绍了几种单相接地故障保护的方式,并通过分析实际工程项目遇到的问题,给出了解决的方法。According to GB 50054-2011《Code for design of low voltage electrical installations》,low voltage AC motor should be equipped with short circuit protection and earth fault protection.When the short circuit protection device of motor meets the requirements of earth fault protection,short circuit protection device should be used as the earth fault protection.However,with large scale of the petrochemical plant,it is difficult to meet the requirement of sensitivity when short circuit protection device is used as earth fault protection,so it is necessary to set earth fault protection.This paper introduces several ways of earth fault protection,and through the analysis of the problems encountered in the actual project,gives the solution.
