摘　　要：本文针对延长石油炼化公司部分炼化厂中压蒸汽、锅炉炉水品质差的问题进行了原因分析,采取及时整改锅炉汽包施工质量隐患、使用无磷无钠锅炉水处理剂、强化水汽处理装置精细化操作、实施水质提升改造项目等措施,全公司水汽质量合格率达99.41%,为大型机组及装置长周期运行提供了有力保障。Part this paper extend the oil refining company refinery medium-pressure steam,the poor quality of boiler water question has carried on the reason analysis,to take timely corrective boiler steam drum construction quality hidden trouble,the use of boiler water treatment agent without phosphorus and sodium,the improved water vapor processing equipment of fine operation,implement quality renovation project measures,such as water vapor quality qualified rate was 99.41%,and the whole company It provides a strong guarantee for the long period operation of large units and installations.
