摘  要:垃圾焚烧可以快速实现垃圾的减量化和无害化处理。本文分析了影响垃圾焚烧锅炉高温腐蚀的主要因素;介绍了焚烧炉高温腐蚀的主要现场防护措施:堆焊、电弧喷涂和火焰喷涂;而高温腐蚀防护涂层主要包括合金涂层、陶瓷涂层和纳米涂层。最后针对芜湖中电环保电厂过热器管道高温腐蚀问题,设计了复合陶瓷多层结构的高温防护涂层方案,实验结果表明复合陶瓷多层结构涂层具有较好的耐高温腐蚀性能。Waste incineration can rapidly realize waste reduction and harmless treatment.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the high-temperature corrosion of waste incineration boilers.The main field protection measures for high temperature corrosion of incinerators are introduced:surfacing welding,arc spraying and flame spraying.The high temperature corrosion protection coating mainly includes alloy coating,ceramic coating and nano coating.Finally,aiming at the high temperature corrosion problem of superheater tube in Wuhu China Power Environmental power generation,a high temperature protection coating scheme with metal-ceramic multilayer structure is designed.The experimental results show that the metal-ceramic coating has excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance.
