变与不变:中国共产党思想政治教育目标百年回望

摘　　要：思想政治教育是中国共产党的重要工作和优良传统,贯穿革命、建设、改革各个时期。2021年是中国共产党百年华诞,中国共产党思想政治教育也走过了一百年。回望百年思想政治教育目标,是返本开新的必然要求。中国共产党思想政治教育目标经历了民族独立和人民解放的革命者、社会主义事业建设者、社会主义“四有”新人、民族复兴的时代新人等四个阶段,这是“变”的具体目标;同时,中国共产党思想政治教育目标始终围绕着人的自由全面发展,这是“不变”的根本目标。这样变与不变的辩证历史性目标体现了中国共产党思想政治教育目标确立原则,即以马克思主义为指导,以世情、国情、党情变化为依据,以与时俱进、开拓创新为动力,以“大思政”为导向。变与不变的辩证统一,共同构筑了中国共产党思想政治教育目标发展谱系。百年回望,不仅能够为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供历史经验,更能够为在民族复兴的路上继续实现下一阶段教育目标带来新的启迪。Ideological and political education is an important job and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China,which runs through all periods of the Party's revolution,construction and reform.The year 2021 marks the centennial of the Communist Party of China,while the Party's ideological and political education has also gone through 100 years.Looking back on the goals of ideological and political education over the one hundred years is a consequent requirement for returning to the basics and opening up new ones.The goals of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China have gone through five stages:national independence and liberation of the people,builders of the socialist cause,newcomers to the socialist"four elements",and new⁃comers to the era of national rejuvenation,which are specific and"changed";at the same time,the goals of ideo⁃logical and political education of the Communist Party of China always revolve around the free and comprehen⁃sive development of human beings,which are fundamental and“unchanged”.Such dialectical and historical goals,changed and unchanged,embody the law of development concerning the goals of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China,that is,such development is guided by Marxism,based on changes of conditions of the world,the state and CPC itself,keeping pace with the times,motivated by pioneering and in⁃novative spirit,and oriented by the goals of"Greater Ideological and Political Education".The dialectical unity of“Changed”and“Unchanged”has jointly constructed the developmental spectrum of the goals of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China.A hundred-year retrospect can not only provide histori⁃cal experience for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation but also bring new inspirations for con⁃tinuing to achieve the educational goals in the next stage on the road to national rejuvenation.
