摘　　要：本文的工程实施对象是无锡某饭店冷冻站,实现了冷水机组、冷冻泵、冷却泵、冷却塔和阀门等设备的启停控制;运行、故障及手自动状态实时监测;冷冻水、冷却水的供回水的温度、压力、流量及水流状态实时监测;实现了一键开机、一键关机和节能功能;具备报警和系统操作等事件记录、查询,温度、压力、流量等系统运行参数实时记录、数据报表、趋势曲线绘制功能;以西门子S7-1200系列PLC架构自控系统,实现了触摸屏和远程上位机同时监控冷冻站运行状态功能。文中给出了冷冻站系统控制原理、控制点位、控制模式、现场布线表、上位机页面、上位机变量与PLC通道对应表和调试结果。The control object of this paper is the freezing station of a hotel in Wuxi,which realizes the start-up and stop control of cliillers,freezing pumps,cooling pumps,cooling towers and valves,real-time monitoring of operation,fault and manual automatic state,real-time monitoring of temperature,pressure,flow and flow state of chilled water and cooling water supply and return water;The functions of one button power on,one button power off and energy saving are realized;It has the functions of alarm,system operation and other events recording,query,temperature,pressure,flow and other system operation parameters real-time recording,data report and trend curve drawing;Siemens ST-1200 series PLC is used to build the automatic control system to realize the function of touch screen and remote host computer monitoring the operation status of the refrigeration station at the same time.The control principle,control point,control mode,field wiring table,upper computer page,corresponding table of upper computer variables and PLC channel,and debugging results are given.
