体检人员四肢动脉硬化检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对体检人员四肢动脉硬化检测,及时发现动脉硬化的类型和硬化程度,给予对症干预,降低心脑血管疾病发生风险,为及时治疗和健康指导提供科学依据。方法:选取2020年4-10月自愿选择动脉硬化检测的体检人员3134人,应用动脉硬化检测仪进行检测。结果:血管柔软1137人(36.28%);血管轻度硬化1462人(46.65%);血管重度硬化394人(12.57%);血管狭窄63人(2.01%);血管壁钙化78人(2.49%)。年龄≤40岁的体检人员血管柔软率高于年龄>40岁的体检人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄≤40岁的体检人员血管轻度硬化率、重度硬化率均低于年龄>40岁的体检人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动脉硬化在各个年龄段均可发生,随着年龄的增长,四肢动脉血管硬化及血管异常的患病率明显增高。Objective:Through the detection of limb arteriosclerosis of physical examination personnel,we can timely find the type and degree of arteriosclerosis,give symptomatic intervention,reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and provide scientific basis for timely treatment and health guidance.Methods:3134 physical examination personnel who voluntarily selected arteriosclerosis testing from April to October 2020 were selected and tested with arteriosclerosis tester.Results:1137 cases(36.28%)had soft blood vessels.1462 patients(46.65%)had mild vascular sclerosis.394 patients(12.57%)had severe vascular sclerosis.63 cases(2.01%)had vascular stenosis.Vascular wall calcification was found in 78 cases(2.49%).The vascular softness rate of physical examination personnel aged≤40 years was significantly higher than that of physical examination personnel aged>40 years(P<0.05);the rates of mild and severe vascular sclerosis in physical examination personnel aged≤40 years were significantly lower than those aged>40 years(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arteriosclerosis can occur at all ages.With the increase of age,the prevalence of arteriosclerosis and vascular abnormalities in limbs increases significantly.
