Objective:To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery(FTS)in perioperative laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:From October 2015 to October 2019,456 patients with LC were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 228 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing during perioperative period. The study group used FTS concept nursing during perioperative period. The nursing effect between the two groups was compared. Results:The operation time, ground activity time, hospital stay and postoperative VAS score of the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The FTS concept applied in the perioperative period of LC can promote the recovery of patients, reduce the stress response and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and has a high application value.
