摘 要:目的:探讨医联体建立后居民就医满意度及影响因素。方法:2016年10月-2018年10月对参与医联体成员单位的就诊患者150例进行调查,合格答卷118份。结果:118例患者中,对医联体内双向转诊非常了解13例,一般了解71例,不了解34例,了解率为71.2%;通过社区宣传了解46例,通过新闻媒体了解62例,通过亲朋好友了解10例;118例患者对免费预约号源、对预约检查项目、对社区医生服务、对社区医生转诊、对检查结果互认、对专家远程会诊的满意度分别为86.6%、87.3%、89.8%、88.1%、88.9%和90.7%。结论:居民对医联体就医满意度比较高,但对预约号源、预约检查、社区医生服务态度差及转诊、上级医院对下级医院检查单不信任存在一定的不满意。Objective:To discuss the residents'medical satisfaction and influencing factors after the establishment of the medical consortium.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2018,150 patients from participating medical consortia member units were surveyed,and 118 qualified answers were collected.Results:Of the 118 patients,13 had a good understanding of two-way referrals in the medical association,71 had a general understanding,34 had no understanding,and the understanding rate was 71.2%.46 cases were known through community publicity,62 cases through news media and 10 cases through relatives and friends.The satisfaction of 118 patients with free appointment number source,booking inspection items,community doctor service,community doctor referral,mutual recognition of examination results and remote expert consultation were 86.6%,87.3%,89.8%,88.1%,88.9%and 90.7%respectively.Conclusion:Residents have a relatively high degree of satisfaction with the medical consortium,but they are not satisfied with the source of appointment numbers,appointment examinations,poor service attitude of community doctors and referrals,and higher-level hospitals do not believe in lower-level hospital checklists.
