盐酸贝那普利片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸贝那普利片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法90例老年高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用盐酸贝那普利片治疗,观察组采用盐酸贝那普利片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血压变化与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组收缩压、舒张压与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压明显低于治疗前,且观察组收缩压(107.42±6.54)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(81.65±4.69)mm Hg均低于对照组的(113.54±7.26)、(85.41±5.22)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸贝那普利片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压疗效显著,能有效控制血压,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets and benazepril hydrochloride tablets.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,blood pressure and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate 95.56%in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure(107.42±6.54)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(81.65±4.69)mm Hg of the observation group were lower than(113.54±7.26)and(85.41±5.22)mm Hg of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of benazepril hydrochloride tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets has significant effect on elderly patients with hypertension,and it can effectively control the blood pressure of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
