分析凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者采用CO_(2)点阵激光联合果酸治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究凹陷性痤疮瘢痕临床治疗中应用CO_(2)点阵激光联合果酸治疗的临床价值。方法60例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者,以治疗方式的差异性分为对照组及研究组,各30例。对照组应用CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,研究组应用CO_(2)点阵激光联合果酸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,不良反应发生情况,治疗前后的痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的16.67%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的ECCA评分(10.22±0.67)分低于对照组的(19.36±0.75)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凹陷性痤疮瘢痕采纳CO_(2)点阵激光联合果酸治疗,可取得显著的临床疗效,同时减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To investigate the clinical value of CO_(2)dot array laser combined withα-hydroxy acid in the treatment of depressed acne scar.Methods A total of 60 patients with depressed acne scar were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO_(2)dot array laser,and the research group was treated with CO_(2)dot array laser andα-hydroxy acid.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,Echelle d’Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d’acne(ECCA)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.67%of the research group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%of the research group was lower than 16.67%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the ECCA score(10.22±0.67)points of the research group was lower than(19.36±0.75)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of CO_(2)dot array laser andα-hydroxy acid can achieve significant clinical efficacy and relieve the pain of patients with depressed acne scar.
