手法推拿正骨治疗颈源性高血压疗效及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的探讨手法推拿正骨治疗颈源性高血压疗效及安全性评估。方法80例诊断为颈源性高血压的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用口服降压药物苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在口服降压药物治疗的基础上加用推拿正骨手法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血压及疼痛评分。结果观察组总有效率92.5%高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者疼痛评分(2.16±0.53)分、收缩压(127.4±15.3)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)和舒张压(82.5±11.1)mm Hg低于对照组的(3.77±0.39)分、(135.1±17.1)mm Hg、(92.2±12.4)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法推拿正骨应用于颈源性高血压治疗中,能够明显减轻患者颈部疼痛,减轻颈部疾病,同时显著降低患者收缩压和舒张压,疗效甚佳,体现了中医治疗疾病的独特和长效优势,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of manual massage and bone-setting in the treatment of cervical hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral antihypertensive drugs of amlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with oral antihypertensive drugs on the basis of manual massage and bone-setting.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,blood pressure and pain score before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score(2.16±0.53)points,systolic blood pressure(127.4±15.3)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(82.5±11.1)mm Hg of the observation group were lower than(3.77±0.39),(135.1±17.1)mm Hg and(92.2±12.4)mm Hg of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of anual massage and bone-setting has significant efficacy in the treatment of cervical hypertension,and it can significantly reduce neck pain,relieve neck disease,and significantly lower the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients,which reflects the unique and long-term advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases.It is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
