摘　　要：目的观察老年血液病患者采取卧床功能康复锻炼对其并发症的影响。方法60例老年血液病卧床患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,各30例。对照组采取临床常规干预方法,试验组在对照组基础上采取卧床功能康复锻炼。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况,生活质量评分。结果试验组患者的并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的精神质量、睡眠情况、家庭理解、卧床心态、卧床行动评分分别为(3.27±0.17)、(2.23±0.23)、(3.98±0.21)、(4.81±0.23)、(3.23±0.23)分,均低于对照组的(4.63±0.11)、(4.40±0.26)、(5.14±0.30)、(5.32±0.21)、(5.12±0.22)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取卧床功能康复锻炼对老年血液病患者的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of bedridden functional exercises on the complications of elderly patients with blood diseases.Methods A total of 60 senile patients with blood diseases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional clinical intervention,while the experimental group received bedridden functional exercise based on the control group.The occurrence of complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate 6.67%in the experimental group was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental quality,sleep status,family understanding,bedridden mentality,and bedridden behavior scores of the patients in the experimental group were(3.27±0.17),(2.23±0.23),(3.98±0.21),(4.81±0.23),(3.23±0.23)points,respectively,and those scores were lower than(4.63±0.11),(4.40±0.26),(5.14±0.30),(5.32±0.21)and(5.12±0.22)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bedridden functional exercises has remarkable effect on elderly patients with blood diseases,and it is worthy of promotion.
