摘  要:以玉米秸秆为原料,采用磷酸活化法制备了活性炭,并以活性炭为碳源,水热法制备了碳量子点(CQDs),再与TiO_(2)超声波复合制得复合光催化剂CQDs/TiO_(2)。通过FT-IR、XPS、TEM、XRD和拉曼光谱对CQDs进行表征,确证了CQDs主要含C、O元素,并且以C—C/C C、C—O和C O的结合方式存在;CQDs主要是纳米球形粒子(平均粒径3.1 nm),由石墨化碳核和表面功能基团组成。CQDs的荧光性能分析表明:其最佳激发波长为315 nm,发射波长为435 nm,呈蓝色荧光。采用TEM和XPS确证了CQDs/TiO_(2)光催化剂的成功制备,且CQDs与TiO_(2)的复合是通过Ti—O—C连接。在紫外光(365 nm)、可见光(氙灯和太阳光)照射下,对比CQDs/TiO_(2)和TiO_(2)催化降解罗丹明B的性能,结果表明:在紫外光照下CQDs/TiO_(2)比纯TiO_(2)的催化能力低,而在模拟太阳光(氙灯)和室外太阳光照射下CQDs/TiO_(2)的催化性能均优于纯TiO_(2),其中室外太阳光照射105 min时,降解率最高为99.51%,基本完全降解。Activated carbon was prepared by phosphoric acid activation method with corn stalks as raw materials.The carbon quantum dots(CQDs)were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with the activated carbon as the carbon source.The CQDs/TiO_(2) composite photocatalyst was prepared by CQDs and TiO_(2) composite.CQDs were characterized by FT-IR,XPS,TEM,XRD and Raman spectroscopy,co nfirming that CQDs mainly contained C and O elements,and they existed in a combination of C—C/C C,C—O and C O.CQDs were mainly nano spherical particles with an average particle size of 3.1 nm,which were composed of graphitized carbon core and functional groups.Moreover,the fluorescence performance of CQDs showed that the optimal excitation wavelength was 315 nm and the emission wavelength was 435 nm with blue fluorescence emission.The successful preparation of CQDs/TiO_(2) photocatalyst was confirmed by TEM and XPS,and the composite of CQDs and TiO_(2) was connected by Ti—O—C.Through the comparative analysis of catalytic degradation performance of CQDs/TiO_(2) and TiO_(2) under UV light(365 nm),xenon lamp simulated sunlight and outdoor sunlight,the results showed that the catalytic performance of CQDs/TiO_(2) was lower than pure TiO_(2) under UV light.The catalytic degradation performance of CQDs/TiO_(2) under visible light(simulated sunlight and outdoor sunlight)was superior to pure TiO_(2),and the highest degradation rate was 99.51%after outdoor sunlight irradiation for 105 min,basically degraded completely.
