摘　　要：当前,《农产品质量安全法》修订已经纳入一类立法计划,修订草案也向社会广泛征求了意见。针对各类生产经营主体的制度安排和具体规定,仍然存在一些关键点需要论证探讨。从农产品质量安全执法监管的视角,重点阐述《农产品质量安全法》修订的主要目的,探讨分析修订草案的主要变化及争议,提出加快《农产品质量安全法》修订的对策建议。Currently,the revision of Agricultural Product Quality Security Law has been adopted into category I of legislative plan,and the revised drafts of the law have also widely solicited opinions from the society.There are some key points which remain to demonstrate and discuss in regard to system arrangements and specific regulations of various production and management subjects.This article described the main purpose of the revision of Agricultural Product Quality Security Law from the perspective of law enforcement supervision,discussed and analyzed the main changes and disputes of the revised drafts,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions on speeding up the revision of the law.
