摘  要:随着煤矿开采掘进深度的提高,井下热害问题变得愈发严峻。针对潘二矿可能出现的井下热害问题,开展矿井空调降温系统设计。首先,对二水平的主要热源进行分析;其次,分区域计算二水平的冷负荷;然后,分析对比现有矿井空调技术特征;最后,分别就技术、经济两方面对4种方案进行对比,最终得出矿井人工制冰方案为最适合本矿的技术方案。二水平空调降温技术的应用,将很大程度缓解热害带来的影响,从而保障矿工的身心健康以及企业的安全高效生产。With the increase in the depth of coal mining,the problem of underground thermal hazards has become more and more serious.Based on the possible underground thermal hazards in Pan′er Mine,this paper developed the design of the mine air-conditioning cooling system.First,the main heat sources of the second level was analyzed;Secondly,the cooling load of the second level by region was calculated;Then,the technical characteristics of the existing mine air-conditioning were analyzed and compared;Finally,it was concluded that the artificial ice production scheme in the mine is the most suitable technical scheme for the mine.The application of air-conditioning cooling technology for the second level will greatly alleviate the impact of heat damage,thereby ensuring the physical and mental health of miners and the safe and efficient production of enterprises.
