强弱强结构技术在高瓦斯突出煤层石门揭煤中的应用

摘  要:突出矿井突出煤层的石门揭煤是非常重要的环节。在水力化措施成为治理瓦斯的一个常规有效技术的情况下,提出采用强弱强结构技术进行矿井石门揭煤。白龙山煤矿一井C 7+8煤层为突出煤层,为保障石门揭煤安全、缩短揭煤周期,对强弱强结构技术开展试验研究。结果表明:水力割缝技术可以在石门外围形成足够的弱结构区域,可以较好地增加预抽阶段煤体的透气性,提高抽采效率。揭煤期间工作面钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K 1值最大为0.30 mL/(g·min 1/2),钻屑量最大值2.2 kg/m,炮后瓦斯浓度0.04%~0.22%;采取水力割缝措施后,试验区域煤层瓦斯含量由原来的11.34 m^(3)/t下降到3.5306~4.9130 m^(3)/t;瓦斯压力由0.82 MPa降低至0.38 MPa;注浆加固可以在巷道外围形成强结构圈,较好地保护了揭煤期间的安全。强弱强结构技术可以为安全快速揭煤提供技术保障,对矿井安全生产具有重要指导作用。The cross-cutting of the outburst coal seam in the outburst mine is a very important link.Under the condition that hydraulic measures have become a conventional and effective technology for controlling gas,the strong-weak-strong structure technology is proposed to apply the technology of uncovering coal in the cross-cut of the mine.The C_(7+8) coal seam in the first well of Bailongshan Coal Mine is an outburst seam.In order to ensure the safety of cross-cutting coal and shorten the period of uncovering coal,a test study on the strong and weak structure technology has been carried out.The formation of a sufficient weak structure area can better increase the air permeability of the coal in the pre-drainage stage,improve the drainage efficiency,and the drilling cuttings gas desorption index of the working face during the coal uncovering period.The maximum value of K 1 value is 0.30 mL/(g·min^(1/)2)^(-1),the maximum drilling cuttings amount is 2.2 kg/m,the gas concentration after the gun is 0.04%~0.22%;adopts hydraulic slitting.After the measures,the coal seam gas content in the test area was reduced from the original 11.34 m^(3)/t to 3.5306~4.9130 m^(3)/t;the gas pressure was reduced from 0.82 MPa to 0.38 MPa;grouting reinforcement can form a strong structure around the roadway circle,better protection of safety during uncovering coal.The strong-weak-strong structure technology can provide technical support for safe and rapid coal uncovering,and has an important guiding role for safe production in mines.
