摘  要:生产氟化氢的主要原料为萤石和硫酸,其中萤石作为不可再生资源越来越受到国家的重视并于2016年被列入“战略性资源”,导致萤石开采难度和成本不断提高,对下游氟化氢生产的成本控制造成重大影响。通过简要概述国内萤石资源的分布、稀土回收萤石的组成,重点论述了稀土回收萤石粉对生产过程的影响、生产过程的工艺调整、设备改进、使用稀土回收萤石和高品位萤石的比较,以达到实现资源回收利用和降低生产成本的目的。Fluorine is the 13th most abundant component in the earth's crust.Fluorine in soil,air and water is closely related to human health and the production of animals and plants.On the one hand,fluorine is a trace element necessary for living things.Environment,on the other hand,such as abnormal fluoride,often through gas water such as link into food,cause fluorosis hydrofluoric acid is the basis of the fluorine chemical raw materials,due to the fluorite resources is a strategic resource,the high grade fluorite less and less,the development and utilization of rare earth recovery fluorite will have important strategic significance mainly discusses the fluorite resources distribution of the chemical composition and production process of rare earth recovery of fluorite,the influence of low grade hydrofluoric acid rare earth recovery of control in the production of fluorite and fluorite production high grade fluorite production cost comparison of hydrofluoric acid.
