摘　　要：文章首先简要阐述了米卡芬净,进而分别从色谱条件、大孔树脂的预处理、发酵液预处理、树脂静态筛选、动态吸附、选择结晶溶剂几个方面分析米卡芬净中间体FR901379的分离纯化技术,从而获取得到最佳分离纯化条件。In this paper,the separation and purification technology of FR901379,an intermediate of micafungin,was analyzed from the aspects of chromatographic conditions,pretreatment of macroporous resin,pretreatment of fermentation broth,static screening of resin,dynamic adsorption and selection of crystallization solvent,so as to obtain the best separation and purification conditions.
