航煤加氢装置反应器压降过大原因及对策

摘　　要：为生产合格的3号航煤产品,延安炼油厂新投产了航煤加氢装置,加氢反应器R-1601短期内出现压降快速升高,分析原因主要为垢物在催化剂床层顶部沉积所致,介绍了处理预防措施,并提出长周期运行建议。In order to produce qualified No.3 jet fuel,a new jet fuel hydrogenation unit has been put into operation in Yan'an Refinery.The rapid rise of pressure drop in the hydrogenation reactor R-1601 in a short period of time is mainly caused by the deposition of scale on the top of catalyst bed.The treatment and preventive measures are introduced and the suggestion of long period operation is put forward.
