摘　　要：利用电气石粉、聚丙烯酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻油、乙醇胺、增稠剂合成了水性负氧离子整理剂,并将水性负氧离子整理剂用于皮革湿整饰工段,制备功能性的负氧离子皮革。通过粒度仪、扫描电镜、旋转流变仪对负氧离子整理剂进行表征分析;测试了功能性皮革负氧离子释放量、皮革物理性能和卫生性能。结果表明:负氧离子整理剂具有优良的贮存稳定性,产品的各项指标能满足皮革生产的要求;负氧离子皮革整理剂在湿整饰中的合适用量为4%,负离子释放量达到1.45万个/cm^(3),皮革透水汽性能提高幅度为48.5%,耐湿颜色摩擦牢度达到4/4级;同时,皮革的负氧离子释放具有良好的时效性。The water-based negative oxygen ion finishing agent was used to prepare the negative oxygen ion func-tional leather in the leather wet finishing process,which was synthesized from tourmaline powder,sodium polyacry-late,sulfurized castor oil,ethanolamine and thickener.The characterization of the negative oxygen ion finishing agent was analyzed by particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope and rotary rheometer;the negative oxygen ion generation,physical properties and sanitary properties of the functional leather were measured.The results show that the negative oxygen ion finishing agent has excellent storage stability and its indexes could meet the requirements of leather production.The suitable dosage of negative oxygen ion leather finishing agent in wet finishing process is 4%,the generation of negative oxygen ion reaches 14500 pcs/cm^(2),the water vapor permeability of leather increases by 48.5%,and the anti-wet rubbing fastness to color of leather reaches 4/4 level.Meanwhile,the generation of negative oxygen ion of leather has a good timeliness.
